The format

What a FoldForm card actually is.

A single sheet, printed on four panels and folded so the outside forms an object and the inside carries the message.

  • A shape people recognise

    The closed card is your object — a cup, a van, a building. It reads as itself before anyone has read a word.

  • An offer that has to be opened

    The message, discount or QR code sits on the inside, so the card has to be handled to be read.

  • A QR code you control

    Print any destination you like. You supply the link, or your own tracking URL if you already use one.

  • Four printed panels

    Two exterior halves form the object; two interior panels carry the message and the code.

  • Preview before you pay

    Your uploaded artwork is placed on a working digital mockup of the fold, which you approve before checkout.

  • Ordered online

    Choose, upload, preview and pay in one journey. Larger runs are quoted individually.

Four steps to a confirmed order.

The whole journey runs on this site. Minimum order is 250 cards, and runs of 2,500 or more are quoted individually rather than paid for online.

  1. Choose your shape and quantity

    Pick a category and tell us what the card should resemble. Minimum order is 250 cards.

  2. Upload your artwork or request a design

    Send print-ready files, or send your logo and a brief and FoldForm will prepare the artwork.

  3. Review the digital mockup

    See your artwork on the folded and fully opened card before anything is confirmed.

  4. Confirm and pay securely

    Payment is handled by Stripe. FoldForm never sees or stores your card details.

Minimum order 250 cards. Prices below are for the cards themselves.

    Order online, upload your artwork, approve the digital mockup and pay securely online.

  • Volume run
    £0.13each

    1,000–2,499 cards

    The unit price drops automatically the moment your quantity reaches this band — there is nothing to apply for.

  • Larger orders
    Custom

    2,500+ cards

    Runs of 2,500 or more are priced individually. The order journey collects your details and artwork, then submits a quote request instead of taking payment.

VAT
FoldForm is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated for your address before payment — tracked Royal Mail within the UK.
Design service
£35 one-off, charged once per order — never per card. Not included in the per-card price above.

If something is not covered here, ask before you upload — it is easier to answer now than at proof stage.

PNG, JPG, WebP and PDF, up to 20.0 MB per file. SVG is not accepted, because SVG files can carry scripts. If your artwork is a vector file, export it as a print-ready PDF.
