Artwork guide

The card has four equal panels. Closed, the two outer panels fold in to meet at the centre and form your object. Open, all four are visible:

• Panel 1 — left half of your object (exterior)
• Panel 2 — left half of your message (interior)
• Panel 3 — right half of your message, usually the QR code (interior)
• Panel 4 — right half of your object (exterior)

Supply the exterior as one spread covering both outer panels, not as two separate files. The card is split down the middle for you, so your object must be composed to sit across that centre line. Anything that has to line up exactly — a horizon, a stripe, a vehicle body — should cross the centre rather than stop at it.

Supply the interior as one spread covering both inner panels. In practice the left half carries the offer and the right half carries the QR code, but the layout is yours.

There are three creases: between panels 1 and 2, at the centre, and between panels 3 and 4. Keep logos and body text clear of them — a crease running through type makes it hard to read and can crack the ink. Background colour and imagery can cross a crease freely.

These figures depend on the shape you choose and the die that is cut for it, so they are confirmed with your dieline rather than published as fixed numbers. If your artwork is close to a trim edge, say so in your order notes and it will be checked before production.

Images should be at least 300 DPI at final printed size. Artwork is printed in CMYK; RGB files are converted, which can shift very saturated colours. If exact colour matching matters, mention it in your notes.

Keep body text large enough to survive a fold — very light weights and very small sizes are the first things to suffer. Give the QR code a clear quiet zone around it, keep it well away from a crease, and test the destination link before you upload. A QR code printed across a fold may not scan reliably.

SVG is not accepted. SVG files can contain scripts, and this site does not run a sanitiser over them. Export vector artwork as a print-ready PDF instead.

The preview in the order journey shows layout and folding on screen. It does not check resolution, colour mode, bleed, overprint or font embedding, and it is not a preflight report. A final print proof is confirmed separately before anything is produced.

Downloadable templates are not yet available. The dieline for your chosen shape is supplied before production, and you are welcome to ask for it earlier if you want to design against it.
