Terms

These terms cover orders placed through this site.

Needs review before launch. Not legal advice, and not yet reviewed by a solicitor. Who we are, what you pay and where you stand on cancellation are set out below; the full postal address, company registration details, governing law and liability limits are still to be completed.

1. Who we are

FoldForm supplies interactive folded promotional cards, trading from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@foldform.co. Our postal address is 35 Sceptre Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 6TW, United Kingdom.

2. Orders

The minimum order is 250 cards. Runs of 2,500 or more are quoted individually; where FoldForm sends a quote with a secure payment link, that quote can be accepted and paid online through the same Stripe checkout as standard orders.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example where a shape cannot be produced reliably, or where artwork cannot lawfully be printed.

3. Your artwork

You confirm that you own your artwork or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us the licence needed to produce your order.

We check file type and size on upload. That is not a professional preflight check and does not verify resolution, colour, bleed or fonts. See the artwork guide.

4. Digital previews and proofs

The digital mockup shows layout and folding only. It is not a print proof. Final positioning, dieline and print proof are confirmed separately, and production does not begin until that is settled.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per card and calculated on our server at the point of payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page, using the payment methods Stripe offers for your order. We never receive or store your card or payment-account details.

Order totals are made up of the cards, the £35 design service where chosen, and delivery calculated for your address before payment. FoldForm is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged; if the business registers for VAT in future, VAT will apply from the registration’s effective date and will be shown before you pay. International customs and import duties are still to be confirmed.

6. Production and delivery

Production timing depends on artwork, shape, quantity and finishing, and is confirmed for your order rather than promised as a standard figure. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless we have given you one in writing.

7. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Your cards are printed to your own artwork and made to your order, so they are personalised, bespoke goods. Goods made to your specification are not normally covered by the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right that applies to ordinary online purchases. Once you have approved your proof and the order has gone to press, we cannot usually cancel or accept a return simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your cards arrive faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet the standards the law requires, you keep every remedy you are entitled to — and nothing on this page limits or removes them. Contact us at hello@foldform.co and we will put it right.

Before that point, you have room to change your mind: nothing goes to press until you have seen and approved a print proof. If you want to alter or cancel your order before you approve that proof, tell us and we will do what we reasonably can, including refunding work not yet started.

8. Liability

To be completed before launch. Nothing will limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

To be completed before launch.
